How we work

We wrote it, so we can fix it

Our own stack, end to end

Every platform we sell is software we built ourselves and continue to operate. There is no white-label underneath and no third-party core we are waiting on. When something needs to change — a route, a rule, a rough edge in the API — it is our code.

That is also why we are a software company and not an agency. We do not run your campaigns or take over your marketing. You get the platform and the keys to it.

  • Engineers, not account managers. Integration questions get answered by people who work on the platform.
  • Help getting connected is part of it. Integration and configuration support come with the platform — not as a separate engagement to negotiate.
  • Long-lived customers. Platforms we launch stay supported, including the ones we have stopped extending.
